The general recruitment process typically includes the following stages:

Pre-screening:

Applications are screened against the job description requirements by Human Resources and the hiring Manager. Applicants will be contacted by phone or email should they be selected to proceed in the recruitment process.

 

Interviews:

Candidates shall be interviewed by the hiring team. Candidates may be asked a series of behavioral, situational and skills-based questions to allow the assessment team to determine how closely the essential duties of the job are met.

Interviews may be scheduled in-person or virtually.

 

References:

Following the interview stage, candidates may be contacted to provide work-related employment references from a direct reporting Manager or Supervisor.

 

Offer of employment:

The successful candidate will be contacted directly by a member of the Human Resources team or the hiring Manager followed by an online offer that will be made available through the “Candidate Profile” via Success Factors. Please note that an offer of employment will only be considered as accepted upon receiving a signed agreement from the Candidate.

 

Onboarding:

Upon receiving a signed offer of employment, the onboarding stage will be initiated. You will be notified by email and directed to sign in to your Candidate Profile to complete the required paperwork prior to your first day.
